It was excellently furnished, very good location.
The hotel is hard to find, there is no indication of the hotel, only a beauty studio. Also there aren't meal options available.

I like the fact that I had a very nice and big room while I was only alone. Normally when you book something for 1 person, you get the smallest room. It was quiet and the appartment was at a great location.
It was a pity that there was no fridge. There is no breakfast in it.

Great location, had all I required also
Reception not always open and rooms not cleaned for the week, more like renting an apartment for a week than staying in a hotel but that was fine by me

The room was a typical 3 star (Orbis style) room, it is not old Polish style, however it's just 'slightly' old. It is excellent value at 170zl. It does not pretend to something fancy, but in fact it is quite decent. Refrigerator, safe, tube tv, old radio built into the furniture. We arrived at the hotel at 20:00 just before dark. We had to knock on the locked entrance door of the hotel. A person who was cleaning let us in. We explained that we booked a room on the internet. We had to wait a few minutes while she called the owner of the hotel, because after 17:00 the hotel doesn't have a receptionist. And the location is great however... A "gentleman's bar" is in the basement of the building next door, so you want to stay on the left side of the hotel to avoid 'thumping' night time music.
Our gps also couldn't find the hotel, but after calling we found it with very little problem. We didn't mind that the hotel didn't have a receptionist at night but the lights at the entrance didn't work so it was dark, and it wasn't pleasant. The hotel staff should replace the burt out light bulbs.

Our stay in zakopane was just a one nighter as we were going from Krakow and ended a stop off. The accommodation was in a good location right in the town centre and would be great if you wanted to do tramping. It was clean and tidy but no frills.

Located right in the centre of krupówki where shops and restaurants are plentiful. 15 mins leisure walk to the main bus terminal Room was spacious and comfortable, like a hotel Room and toilet were clean
We thought we booked a triple room + topping up for an additional bed for the 4 of us but it turned out upon checking in that the room is only meant for 3 pax. We had to pay extra money (50zl) for the additional bed again. This matter is made worse because the hotel staff could not speak English (they can only understand Polish) and we had difficulties conveying our concerns to them. We initially wanted to pay the balance in cash upon checking in but it turned out to be that the amount has already been charged to my credit card. This was kind of surprise as I was not informed of the deduction.
